A Living Lexicon of Artificial Intelligence

Stéphane Vial · Available October 13, 2026 · Foreword by Marcello Vitali-Rosati

I wrote a book about AI, with AI, and I explain how. Ninety-one concepts, one page each, to understand what artificial intelligence is and how it works.

As with any scholarly publication, every page was read and critically commented on by a peer. Marcello Vitali-Rosati, Full Professor at the Université de Montréal, took on that role and wrote the foreword.

But that is not all: I also produced and published this book with the help of AI, from the cover to the marketing, by way of the legal deposit. The last four pages tell how I went about it.
